Laje’ Elevates in Cover of “Imported” by Jessie Reyez
The R&B princess of Chicago is gearing up to release a series of new music. To hold us down, she gave us a cover of Jessie Reyez “Imported”. Even thou it is a cover, Laje’ makes the song her own with a unique take. Her vocals on the song give the original singer a run for their money. The video sums up that visually keeping it simple and finding beauty in the most extra ordinary places is key. She uses the mash up of nature and West Side Chicago in every scene of the video. The “Imported” cover video gives off free spirt vibes and it was captured perfectly.
