With talk of retiring touched on in 2019 and officially announced in September of 2020, 2021 brings good news. Rapper Westside Gunn has fans relieved that his retirement is not anytime soon. He took to Twitter this Sunday to express he will continue with his work through the industry. Aside from no longer retiring, he did express his hopes to see future albums from multiple artists.

Westside Gunn has now dropped music with Wale and Smoke Dza, a mix from his previous work. Their team up on this single, “The Hurt Business,” is also on the soundtrack for the movie “Conflicted” from Griselda Records. The movie stars the man himself, Westside Gunn, along with Benny the Butcher, and will be released Friday the 15th.
