Univision Fires Rodner Figueroa Compares First Lady to Ape!
Univision fires Emmy Award winning host Rodner Figueroa after making a remark of First Lady Michelle Obama’s looks saying “Well, watch out, you know that Michelle Obama looks like she’s from the cast of Planet of the Apes, the movie”. He then apologized to the First Lady in an open letter stating that the comment was intended to criticize the unflattering work of the makeup artist and not directly towards her. In the letter Figueroa asked Mrs. Obama for forgiveness and accepted responsibility for his remarks.
