Danileigh Charged With Assault Following Altercation With DaBaby

Just when we were hoping that the Danileigh and DaBaby drama would come to a head, it continues. Danileigh has now been charged with two counts of simple assault following the altercation with Dababy. On Sunday night, close to midnight, DaBaby called the police to his home. He accused Danileigh of hitting him during an altercation. According to Danileigh, DaBaby wanted her to leave the house, where they lived together for three months, with the two’s baby.

Accusations

According to DaBaby, Danileigh assaulted him on Sunday and also Monday. On Sunday, after the first altercation, DaBaby took the drama to social media to post a video of Danilegh, who was seen in the footage feeding their three-month-old daughter. DaBaby claimed that he recorded her for his protection. “You ain’t finna bring this black man down.”On that night, there was no arrest made. However, when the police returned Monday morning, responding to a disturbance, DaBaby told them that Danileigh had assaulted him. They decided that they had enough evidence to charge Danileigh with two simple counts of assault.

Drama Publicized

It seems as if Danileigh and DaBaby have been in the media nonstop since Sunday night. DaBaby was the first to make a statement, then Danileigh followed. The rapper said that Danileigh was nothing more than his side chick. Danileigh then came with receipts, proving that DaBaby was lying. A couple of hours ago, Danileigh posted a pic of her on a flight to her Instagram page. It’s safe to say that she has left the situation. She thanked everyone for their support in her post and let everyone know that she and the baby were safe.
