It’s Summer, and Good Morning America is about to raise the temperature a few degrees with the return of its Summer Concert Series. And it is no wonder the forecast for this summer is a sizzler because the lineup is crazy.

Good Morning America is Adding a Bit of Heat

According to ABC News/Good Morning America, Friday, July 14, will mark the start of GMA’s summer concert series. And none other than BTS member Jung Kook will take the stage at Rumsey Playfield in New York City’s Central Park to perform “Seven.”

But that’s only the start of this seasonal heat-up. One look at the schedule, and one thing is clear: this lineup ensures fans across the globe will not faint in disappointment. The roster of performers will include popular performing artists from all genres, from pop to hip-hop.

Line up for Good Morning America’s Concert Series

July will also feature Fitz and The Tantrums, Macklemore, and One Republic. Things will get hotter in August with guests Hozier, Tim McGraw, Megan Thee Stallion, and Demi Lovato. But August 11 will be especially lit with GMA’s 50th Anniversary Hip-hop celebration featuring Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Busta Rhymes, and BIA. And artists such as The Black-Eyed Peas and Sam Hunt will bring the summer series to a close in September.

GMA a Platform Set Apart: Offers Something For the People

Good Morning America, one of the American Broadcasting Station’s premier news platforms, is a mainstay in the homes of the viewing public. Making its debut in 1975, GMA began as somewhat of an experiment with, as the Hollywood Reporter denotes, an “auspicious start.” However, GMA soon became the platform of choice. And as first-rate media goes in 2008, GMA raised the bar by adding something new for its viewing audience, a summer concert series. No one could deny the genius of the fresh and re-invigorating addition. The morning uplift was enthralling to viewers. And this year marks the 15th year of that offering. And it promises to be entertaining and engaging.

Check It Out

For those needing a little music in their lives, a little melodic inspiration to start the day, tune in to GMA. For more information on the lineup, check the details. And in the words of the Black-Eyed Pea’s party anthem, “Let’s Get It Started… !”
