Busta Rhymes shows no signs of slowing down even after dropping Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God

Following his collaborative documentary with Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes has been knocking out hits in the studio.

Other news outlets are saying that he’s working with DaBaby on a new tune. Finally, Busta himself confirmed the news via Twitter.

In a video he posted, Busta says to those watching:

“Don’t be afraid, now you muthafuckas” while DaBaby chuckles with a blunt in hand. “It’s too late for that bitch.” DaBaby responds while letting out a low laugh. “Hold the fuck tight.”

It’s unclear if they are working on a project or single, but whatever this record becomes, we are here for it!

Conclusively, the rap icon typed as the clip’s caption: OH SHIT!! The Dragon & @DaBabyDaBaby. Stay tuned. So we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Busta Rhymes and Mariah Carey came together to release a documentary to celebrate the 18th anniversary of their smash hit “I Know What You Want.” The documentary is titled DIVINE: The 18 Year Anniversary Celebration and can be found on YouTube. The plot focuses on the creation of the 2003 record. We also witness interviews with film director Chris Robinson, actor Michael Kai White, and rappers Spliff StarRah DiggaRampageBaby Sham, and Trippie Redd. Likewise, DIVINE: The 18 Year Anniversary Celebration explores the influence of the track on R&B and hip-hop history.
