Cosmopolitan Calls Kardashians “America’s First Family,” But Everyone Else Disagrees

How dare you Cosmo? On Sunday night, Cosmopolitan revealed the cover of their November 2015 issue.  Cosmo decided to celebrate their 50th anniversary with the whole Kardashian/Jenner clan gracing the cover. That’s cute and all. But, what’s not cute is them labeling them as “America’s First Family.” They might think that but, America doesn’t.

When we hear “First Family,” we think of President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama and their daughters, Sasha, and Malia. This isn’t the first time Cosmopolitan has faced a controversy this year. After the magazine published an article comparing beauty trends in black models versus white models that many viewers said portrayed black models. Cosmopolitan did issue an apology. They better be ready to issue an another one.
