#CherryJuice: Drake Won A Libel Suit Against SpectiCast

Drake has been on a winning streak when it comes to beefs and he is celebrating a big one! According to Celebuzz. Drake won a libel suit against SpectiCast, a film distribution company that released a documentary about the rapper’s sold-out 2009 concert in Toranto, Canada entitled Drake’s Homecoming: The Lost Footage. I know, I have never heard of the film either, but that is why the Film distribution company is suing the rapper, because before the release, Drizzy took to Twitter to warn his fans that he has no association with the film, which put a hinderance on its theatrical release and made 100 theaters canceling the film’s screenings. According to Celebuzz, the company claims that the artist broke an alleged endorsement deal that he had agreed upon with SpectiCast. But Drake, a Canadian, took it to the next level and said it was his constitutional right to free speech in the initial hearing and said there was not a standing release agreement. Thank God he knew The American Bill of Rights, because that is was made the Judge go on his side. Congrats again Drake!
