With the announcement that the Super Bowl would indeed be held in New Orleans, Wayne was filled with hope and anticipation for his chance to shine and fulfill his dream. However, as events unfolded, his aspirations were not realized, leaving him to grapple with the disappointment that accompanies an unfulfilled ambition.

Carter revealed that an NFL representative advised him to adopt a more public presence in anticipation of the show. Carter realized his preparations were in vain when the announcement of Lamar’s performance came.

There are no words that can adequately sum up how Wayne, in particular, dealt. During an earlier interview, the artist revealed the depth of his hurt.
