Rapper 9lokkNine Pleads Guilty on Multiple Charges
Orlando newspapers report Jacquavius Dennard Smith, known professionally as 9lokkNine, pleads guilty to charges of identity theft and possession of a weapon. He and his defense lawyer made this plea on Tuesday.

Records show the check belongs to a person mentioned as “S.S.” in the records. 9lokkNine says he tried to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program loan and open a bank account. After the rapper sent the deposit, authorities caught onto his case.
9lokkNine also faces charges for possessing a firearm. He allegedly didn’t register a gun police found in his grandparents’ garage. Prosecutors claim the firearm was stolen during a burglary two years ago.
Law enforcement first arrested 9lokkNine under RICO charges, which originate from the 1970 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Overall, the RICO investigation against 9lokkNine includes 20 more people, who are allegedly part of a gang feud.
