Bone Thugs-n-Harmony And Three 6 Mafia Fight At “Verzuz” Show

Verzuz took a wrong turn last night. As Legendary hip-hop groups Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia performed, a fight broke out. The chaos took place at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA.

At first, everything went smoothly. Both Bone Thugs and Three 6 performed their hit songs to a very engaged crowd. An hour into the show, however, things went left.

The drama began when Bone Thugs-n-Harmony member Bizzy Bone accused Crunchy Black of mocking him. Rapper Crunchy Black happens to be a Three 6 Mafia affiliate. Bizzy Bone said that Black did this while he was performing.

“Hey yo hey, before we even get started you ugly mothafuckas ain’t finna be mocking me while I’m on mothafuckin stage okay?” Bizzy said. “Straight the fuck up.”

Afterward, Three 6 Mafia’s Juicy J interrupted saying “Suck my d**k.”

“And Gangsta Boo,” Bizzy continued. Then, he launched a bottle at her and Crunchy Black.

Gangstaboo gets upset and yells at Bizzy saying, “Bizzy Bone, you a hater! You must not have taken yo pills. What the fuck wrong with you bitch ass n*gga?!” Immediately after, everyone starts to fight. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony’s manager Steve Lobel even jumped in.

“Bizzy Bone needs to take his medicine!” Gangstaboo heckled.

Once the royal rumble died down a bit, Layzie Bone tried to ease the tension. “I love Crunchy Black, I love them n*ggas,” he said about Three 6 Mafia. “I don’t what the fuck just happened, but on the world stage, I love you n*gga.” Crunchy Black responded saying, “I love you too n*gga. It’s all love.”

Later on that night, Bizzy Bone apologized for getting rowdy. “I wanna apologize to everybody the fuck out there, on both sides,” he said. “I’m not trying to fuck this shit up. Pardon me. Let’s keep the mothafuckin party going.” Then Bizzy and Juicy gave each other daps on stage.

Swizz Beats’ call to save “the culture” of Verzuz

Swizz Beatz, one of Verzuz’s founders, expressed his thoughts about the legendary battle that went down. He posted it on Instagram during the live show and The Shade Room captured it.

Naturally, viewers of the Verzuz show chimed in on Swizz Beats’ commentary.

dark1lovey: “Oop Swizz not playing with y’all.”

luv_lavish: “Yoooooo he had me screaming I can’t stop. Someone said hope him and alicia can fight omg.”

colormeroyaltyy: “Bye Swizz all these verzuz be starting 20 hrs late & damn near every artist be drunk, I mean ciroc is the sponsor.”

Speaking of drunk, the drunken aggressiveness of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony vs Three 6 Mafia reminds me of older Verzuz battles. Fat Joe vs Ja Rule is one of them. Joe seemed very drunk and threw multiple harsh shots at Ja during their show. So much so, that the insults felt personal. Similarly, the Dipset vs The Lox show appeared just as chaotic. I could feel the tense energy through my little iPhone screen. When hip-hop and liquor are in the same room anything is bound to happen. Shouts to Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia for putting on a hilarious show. I was thoroughly entertained. Did you see it yourself?
