Uh-Oh Bruce Jenner Sued for Wrongful Death!
Bruce Jenner is being sued for wrongful death in the fatal car crash that occured in Malibu back in February. The incident occured when Jenner’s SUV collided with the victim’s car pushing it into oncoming traffic. The victim was identified as Kim Howe, and reportedly died at the scene. Jenner walked away from the accident without any injuries but the four-car accident resulted in eight other injuries.
Howe’s step-children have filed the lawsuit and are seeking damages for loss of affection over her death. The lawsuit claims that Jenner violated the basic speed laws and the victim’s family is accusing him of being negligient. Jenner’s lawyer declined to comment and the investigation into the crash is still on going according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to.” said Jenner in a statement.
