Cash Out is potentially facing 25 years to life in prison if he is found guilty. He is charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, human trafficking, and holding victims at gunpoint.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had charged him and five other individuals with a 41 count indictment. Cash Out is the central person in the group. None of the other five’s names are out, however.

Cash Out’s charges

The district attorney is claiming that Cash Out is using his celebrity status as well as his social media to lure women into prostitution. Two of the sex workers are safe, so far. However, it is not currently known how many women he had tricked into the work. Willis talked about the tragedy of the situation.

“The most troubling aspect of this case is that women have been victimized and brutalized within our community by people who had a chance to do something else with their lives. He’s a very talented musical performer. Unfortunately, he didn’t stay in that business, and he branched off to the business that finds him under indictment.”

Cash Out currently faces 13 counts of racketeering, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, rape, and aggravated sodomy. Apparently, he and the others had used a hotel room near Fulton Industrial Boulevard to do the crimes. They also used a residence in Atlanta’s Carroll Heights neighborhood.

On April 14, Cash Out posted on his Instagram story a quote from the bible. Je ended it with a hashtag, #FreeCashOut. The quote is from Isaiah 51:12-14. The quote is about not being scared of those who wish to destroy you. It also talks about prisoners being freed and becoming more prosperous. However, he quickly took it down.  It basically said that he was going to do it again. With even more women next time.

The story is currently developing and we will share updates as they become public.
