The egoistic men who pursue Ceeluxx. better pump their brakes because in her new song, “NIGKA,” the femcee makes it known that they are replaceable. Like Flo Milli said via Twitter, “playing me is a losing game.”
Over the eerie West Coast-inspired hip-hop beat, Ceeluxx. hangs her former lover out to dry, listing many insults. In the chorus, she spits with an aggressive flow,
“You a sad n*gga/Coming last n*gga/Ain’t got no cash/Can’t get no a** from me/You a a** nigga/Bum a** n*gga/Type of n*gga I could pass on/And that’s facts n*gga.”
As the song continues, the “BUBBLEGUM” spitter speaks about being independent and obtaining a hustling spirit. A man who can stack his bread is just a bonus. If they aren’t ambitious or money-oriented, she says that they can dismiss themselves. Ceeluxx. truly knows her worth and refuses to settle.
“I’m a real a** b*tch I don’t play bout my chips/N*ggas better stack it up in my hand like Pringles/I’m on to the next/F*ck a n*gga I don’t trip.”
In the second verse, she unveils that one former lover is willing to be a sneaky link. However, she emotionally and physically checked out a long time ago. Additionally, the rapstress states that making money plays a bigger part in her life than chasing after a guy. For the bluffers out there, she says to stop wasting her time. She can see right through their lies. Ultimately, her next partner has to be hungry for success because she won’t accept anything less.
“Stop smiling ’cause you ain’t got no cheese/N*gga please sell that dream to a weak chick/You a bum n*gga, and I’m on my sh*t.”
As a whole, her ruthless wordplay is certain to scare away those who aren’t in the position to provide for themselves and her.
