Ed Hardy & Von Dutch Designer Christian Audigier Passes Away

French designer, Christian Audigier, who made famous brands such as Ed Hardy and Von Dutch, has passed away at the age of 57. According to TMZ, Audigier was diagnosed with cancer in January amd told TMZ it was MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome), the same bone disease “Good Morning America”anchor Robin Roberts was diagnosed with back in 2012.

Michele Elyzabeth, his publicist for many years spoke about his passing saying “I just heard the news and I am truly devastated. Christian was an incredibly brilliant man. He will be missed.”

Audigier’s net worth is almost $250 million and has worked with Guess, Levi’s, Diesel, American Outfitters, Bisou Bisou, and XOXO. His brands are being sold in 40 countries and still popular in the states. This is a shock to the fashion world and we will never forget Christian Audigier’s life and statement in the fashion world.
