On November 30th, it will mark two years since Paul Walker tragically passed away from a car accident with his friend Roger Rodas. The coroner determined that Paul had survived the accident, but died suffering burns and smoke inhalation. Meadow Walker, Paul’s 16 year old daughter is now talking the matters into her own hands. Meadow Walker has filed a lawsuit against Porsche, the car manufacture the made the car Roger Rodas was driving and had Paul Walker in as passenger.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that lawyers for 16-year-old Meadow Walker claim when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt “snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” and trapping him in the passenger seat. The lawsuit also states, the fire didn’t erupt for 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact, but Paul was helplessly trapped. When the fire broke out, Paul was still alive.

The suit alleges, “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.” Police have said that speeding was the cause of crash and said the driver, Rodas, was going 80 to 93 MPH, but the lawsuit says Rodas was only driving 63 – 71 MPH when the car lost control and it states that the car may have not lost control if the car had proper stabilization system. TMZ also reports that Meadow’s lawyers also claim that Porsche knew the car Rodas was driving, the Carrera GT had “a history of instability and control issues.”

Meadow’s lawyer, Jeff Milam, tells TMZ, “The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas.” We hope Meadow gets the answers she deserves.
