NICK GORDON SUED FOR STEALING MONEY FROM BOBBI KRISTINA
According to TMZ, Prosecutors are amping up the case now that Bobbi Kristina is being taken off life support. Nick Gordon is now being looked at as the murder suspect in this case. The Fulton County D.A. tells TMZ, ” In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest.”
Also according to USATODAY , a lawsuit has been filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove. for around 40 million dollars. The lawsuit accuses Gordon of domestic violence, and transferring money into an account controlled solely by him, as well as taking 11,000 after she fell into a coma.
The lawsuit alleges Brown has suffered “life threatening bodily harm and damages,” and asks for damages of at least $10 million each for the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion. It asks for an amount to be determined later for counts of quantum meruit/unjust enrichment and attorneys’ fees.
Hargrove said in a statement:
“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”
