Who knew a wax figure can turn heads? Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas just unveiled a wax figure modeled by hip hop artist Nicki Minaj. The Anaconda themed pose, which has Nicki Minaj on all fours in wax form, is causing everyone to take a double take as to how real it looks. According to E! Online, Cole Kouvaris, marking manager at Madame Tussauds”Guests have been consistently asking us to make her figure. As her music continues to grow in popularity, so does her larger-than-life persona and we wanted to capture that essence by creating the type of Madame Toussauds figure guests will find only in a city like Las Vegas.” Nicki Minaj is over joyed with the end result as she posted her Anaconda inspired wax figure on Instagram. It took 6 months and over 20 artists to complete the wax figure and we are extremely impressed. Nicki has been having a great year so far with her Pink Print tour selling out arenas and now the unveiling of her wax figure, but the most important thing she has done is not get in the middle of the mess between her BF Meek and BFF Drake. Nicki is surely having an amazing year.
