Orlando Scandrick Says Engagement Was A “Poor Decision”
Damn. Damn. Damn! Dallas Cowboys superstar Orlando Scandrick and Basketball Wives L.A star Draya Michele are officially calling it QUITS according to him. Today, TMZ Sports reported that Orlando is finally ready to move on with his life.
“I have made the decision to call off the engagement and permanently end the relationship I had with Draya. In hindsight, it was a poor decision to propose. I am anxious to move on with my life both personally and professionally.”
It’s only been a month since the on again-off again couple have been engaged. It kind of makes you wonder what’s changed between the two of them in such a short period of time.
Draya has not yet made a comment about the failed engagement, but just a few days ago, TMZ caught her out for a run and she revealed that she and Orlando had not yet set a wedding date. She also seemed to be lacking the enthusiasm we usually see when someone’s newly engaged, so the interview was a bit awkward. It’s possible that she already had an inkling of what was to come.
Although this is sad news, there may be a silver lining. This isn’t the first time the couple has broken up, so maybe they just need time apart?
