Scott Storch Has Only $3,600 To His Name !
Scott Storch, the once famed music producer, has filed for bankruptcy after burning through his $70 million fortune. Storch was responsible for some of the biggest records in music history including Justin Timberlake’s ‘Cry Me A River‘ and Christina Aguilera’s ‘Fighter’. He made millions between 2001 and 2005 producing top 10 hits for artists like Beyonce, Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg and many more, but throughout the recent years he’s hit some major bumps in the road.
Storch’s cocaine-fueled party lifestyle caught up with him after blowing through his millions on exotic cars, Gulfstream jets, jewelry, real estate and drugs. Now he says he’s only got $3,600 of assets to his name, according to TMZ. He claims he only has $100 in cash, $500 in clothing and a $3,000 watch. But the biggest surprise is that his music companies are valued at $0!
During a 2013 interview with Vlad TV, Storch blamed his downward spiral on women and drugs and he also explained his expensive habits with Billboard in 2014.
“I would always be going from L.A. to Miami to New York, to Russia, St-Tropez,” he told Billboard. “Costs about $50,000 for a domestic flight, $250,000 for overseas. Yeah, that’s an expensive habit.”
Storch also filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2009 when he entered rehab and lost his $10 million waterfront mansion to forclosure.
