#CherryJuice: Yo Gotti’s 5th Annual Birthday Bash coming soon

Past “Yo Gotti & Friends Birthday Bash” performers include Nicki Minaj, August Alsina, Dej Loaf, and more

Yo Gotti announced the details of the “5th Annual Yo Gotti & Friends Birthday Bash” today, and it looks like this year’s celebration will be the biggest yet. Memphis’ FedExForum arena will host the concert on Thursday, June 29– just over a month after the multiplatinum rapper’s actual birthday on May 19. The event is presented in partnership with leading Memphis hip-hop and R&B station WHRK 97.1, who have helped make Yo Gotti’s birthday bashes notorious over the past four years. “To grow and move to FedExForum is a huge testimony to Yo Gotti’s career and engagement with giving back to the city,” K97.1 DJ and program director Devin Steel said in a press release. “The level of entertainment is competitive to any large tour or festival. We’re happy to support and be a part of history and can’t wait to share a roster of talent for this year’s Bday Bash 5.”

Past performers at “Yo Gotti & Friends Birthday Bash” concerts include Nicki Minaj, Rich Homie Quan, Jeezy, and Meek Mill. While a lineup for this year’s event has yet to be announced, the impressive venue and heightened anticipation for Yo Gotti’s birthday parties ensure that attendees will not be disappointed. “This is my way to give back to the city, by reaching out to some of my friends in the industry and bringing the biggest concert of the summer to my hometown,” Yo Gotti explained. “This will be the biggest concert yet. For the first time we will shut down the FedexForum arena for ‘Birthday Bash 5.’”

Tickets for the “5th Annual Yo Gotti & Friends Birthday Bash” went on sale today on Ticketmaster.com, at the FedExForum box office, and at all Ticketmaster locations. Doors open on June 29 at 7 p.m. CT.
