Last night, he posted on his Instagram stories saying that the allegations against him aren’t true. His post read,
“I hope y’all see this pattern of [cap emoji] whenever im releasing music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to pull some real bullshit.”
The 32-year-old followed up with an image of himself wearing multiple caps.
The lawsuit claimed that Brown raped a woman on a yacht in 2020.
Brown was sued by a Jane Doe who claimed that the singer raped her in a yacht. The yacht was parked at Diddy’s house in Star Island in Miami. TMZ reported that the woman said she’s a model, musician, dancer, and choreographer.
Her lawsuit said that she spoke to her friend on FaceTime when Brown took the phone. He told her to come to Diddy’s house in Miami. When Doe got there, she headed to the yacht. Then, she said, the R&B crooner asked if she wanted a drink. At that moment, he signaled her to enter the yacht’s kitchen. Afterward, Doe claimed she followed Brown into that area. He gave her a drink there, and they began having a conversation. Shortly after, the suit said, Brown filled her cup with a second drink then, she started to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
The woman also claimed that she started to feel “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.” Her lawsuit stated that that’s when the Virginia native lured her into a bedroom where she was allegedly drugged. She accused him of closing the bedroom door so that she couldn’t, took off her bikini bottom, and began to kiss her. She said she tried to make him stop, but he raped her anyway. Then, the suit stated, Brown ejaculated inside her, got up, and told her he was “done.”
Doe claimed that Brown contacted her the next day and demanded that she take a Plan B. She said she did it. Her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, told TMZ that the woman didn’t report anything about the alleged situation because she was embarrassed.
Doe said she sued Brown for $25 million because she suffers from emotional stress due to the alleged rape.
