#CherryJuice: Desiigner Charged For Gun & Drug Possession

Rapper Desiigner, whose real name is Sidney Royel Selby, may be looking at some serious legal trouble due to a road rage incident.

According to a report from the Daily News, the 19-year-old rapper was riding in the back seat of a Cadillac Escalade Thursday night when he got into an argument with the driver of another vehicle at W. 42nd St. and Eighth Ave. He flicked a cigarette at the other vehicle and then waved a gun at the driver, police said. The victim took down the license plate number of the SUV and called cops.

Desiigner and four friends in the white SUV were stopped by police at W. 42nd St. and Third Ave. Cops found the gun, Oxycontin and other drugs. Desiigner, orignally from Brooklyn, was hit with drug and weapons charges. So far, the update has been that the gun charge has been dropped, but he is still hit with drug possession.
