6VIB3Z breaks free from a situation that no longer serves him in “Runaway (feat lilcheatcod).” The instrumental carries a guitar-led pop/rap feel. 

Thus far, his latest single has earned rapid traction through TikTok. He’s already received close to 2 million streams since the song has caught the attention of the avid app users, and been added to several charts on Apple Music and featured on Snapchat as a New Artist feature.

About the song’s meaning, he says, 

“The message behind “Runaway (feat. lilcheatcod)” is to don’t ever feel afraid to step away or run away from difficult situations.”

From a lyrical standpoint, the emerging star attempts to reassure the lady he’s dating that it’s them against the world. But, at the same time, he’s grown tired of the constant back-and-forth, etc. He concludes that maybe its best to go their separate ways.

In a singsong cadence, he delivers, 

“Night too cold, baby girl, you should walk away/Get too high, baby girl, so I can get away/Resolving all my problems baby, just to find another one/I’ll meet you in another life, I’ll meet you in another day.”

lilcheatcod professes his love for a special lady. He expresses how hard he’s been working to understand her love language. 

He sings, “I’m the star, and you were a struck/I wish I can give more luck/Tryna keep up with her in the name of love.” 

Afterward, the musician lists the adventures the two could go on if things go right. But, for now, there’s no sign of a reconciling. 

6VIB3Z’s favorite line from “Runaway” goes, “I’ll meet you in another life/I’ll meet you in another day.“

He adds,” ‘Runaway’ was a song that kinda came about in a spark of a moment when me and my ex had a falling out.”

6VIB3Z describes himself as “a very positive individual who strives to show people worldwide to treat life as a dream and follow them.” He entered the music industry after his high school best friend introduced him to various sounds. Unfortunately, he passed, which made his journey difficult at first. His goal is to create timeless music. Likewise, his overall message is that anyone can do anything they put their mind to. 

6VIB3Z is inspired by DMX, Arctic Monkeys, and 2Pac.
