Lada Beseda is a singer-songwriter and producer born and raised in Ukraine, but now resides in Miami, Florida. She has garnered attention from countless media outlets such as RESPECT. Magazine, PREME Magazine, and NAKID Magazine. Likewise, Lada has also garnered a budding social media following.
Her newest song “Suicide” is a spacey trap offering full of 808 slides, piano loops, and a booming bassline. Throughout the song, she oscillates between a soft yet projective range and concrete rap deliveries. On “Suicide,” Lada Beseda addresses the elephant in the room: haters that “wait to attack.”
Often, individuals bypass their hurtful words and deem it as “harmless fun.” But little do they know that what escapes their lips haunts the other party and causes them to weigh in on their self-esteem.
“I don’t have a clue how to leave this life/I keep on getting flu. I’ll be high all night/I’m trying to see through, but I’m so behind suicide, suicide,” she sings.
Elsewhere, Lada Beseda fights back, assuring others in this predicament that their opinions don’t matter. To keep being themselves.
“I cringe when I think about the amount of time I’ve wasted in my life obsessing and humiliating myself on an endless quest for validation. I created ‘Suicide’ to tell listeners to stop caring so much about others’ opinions and do what you love,” Lada Beseda explains.
Amid Rona’s combative nature, Lada plans on pushing more singles and self-directed music videos in the upcoming months. In April, Lada released a single titled, “Betrayal.” You can read my review about it here.
