Rude Naladropped a steamy single this summer that’s bound to keep your boo on lock. The song, titled “Zaza,” serves as an ode to a man who caught her eye. Additionally, the instrumental takes on a bedroom R&B form and lush arrangement. She captivates listeners from start to finish with her ethereal vocals and raw lyrics.
In “Zaza,” the singer calls on a gentleman who captivates her heart. Although they haven’t interacted in a while, she’s looking to change that. While he may act uninterested, she knows deep down this isn’t the case.
She sings, “I know you miss this/I know we distant/But I know you still want to hit, yeah.”
Shortly after, Rude Nala details her love language, saying
“When I love, I love hard/When I love, I love strong.”
She admits that she wants everlasting love. Then, she lists the desires she seeks from a man.
In the second part of “Zaza,” she speaks about what she won’t condone from a partner. Aside from this, Rude Nala explains how he’s got her feeling.
She sings, “You gotta just miss me with that drama/you promise, you come & get me proper/Your aura makes me wanna explore ya.”
In hindsight, she knows him inside and out. That being said, Rude Nala is confident that he’ll come running back. Her love interest fails every time he tries distancing himself.
