Velous‘ “Flipmode” featuring Fabolous and Chris Brown is already popular! Now that the official video dropped four days ago (Oct.30) it’s making the song even more of a banger. The five minute song is something you can’t skip on your playlist.  It is very catchy and makes you just want to flip around! The song ended the summer with a bang when it came out a couple of months ago.

Velous and Chris Brown’s smooth R&B voices work well together and Fab’s calm and collective flow is a perfect match to the two.  Over the past few years, Velous produced for Drake, Chinx, Jadakiss and French Montana among many others. While his production credits are dope, this remix may lead him to do more than just producing.

According to Billboard.com, Velous remixed “the famous 2001 Nike ‘Free Style’ basketball commercial with a star-studded cast featuring DJ Khaled, Blake Griffin, T.I. and more.”

The Busta Rhymes inspired record finds all three stars dropping a ton of basketball references and showing off some of their best dribble moves. With his verse soaked in Auto-Tune, the Streets Dreams MC fires a slew of steely bars, all while paying homage to Steph Curry.

“All the homies got a 30 up/ My warriors gotta Curry up/ Somethin’ foreign when I’m skurtin’ up (skrrt)/ If they comin’, better hurry up (skrrt),” raps Loso. 

Draya and La La Anthony were spotted in the video as well and looking gorgeous too!
