Meek Mill wants his whole Team Rich
How could you be mad at someone who just want’s to see their Team Rich. That’s all Meek is asking for on his new single Team Rich off the True to the Game soundtrack. The Philly Rapper released the new single Friday and he didn’t disappoint at all. In usual Meek fashion he had to let the world know his team was on a mission and that mission was to see the whole Team Rich. The word Meek speaks in the intro are truly motivational and set the tone for the song. “yeah ,It should never be on e nigga that’s the head of the crew cause if that one nigga go to jail, fall, die or somethin’ everybody falls we live by this shit if you got money, you fall ,he gon’ catch you when the whole Team Rich.”
After those words The chorus comes in and prepares you for Mill’s to give you bars. When the whole Team Rich Meek expresses how things go smoothly when the whole team is eating, he even uses the movie Paid in Full to use examples of how the team can get divided when they think someone is making or getting more than them. “Look at what Po did to Mitch, hit him up for thirteen bricks”. It’s not just about seeing his whole Team Rich ,it’s about showing love to his team and them giving them that same love back. The beat is banging and the catchy chorus makes this song a banger.
The realness of Meek Mill’s words let you know how serious he is about his comrades. Any body with a team or trying to build a team can appreciate this record. At the rate Meek is going and his love for his team we know it won’t be long until his whole team is in face rich.
