Timbo Teases Fans On Twitter with Meek Mill and Jigga Collab
Last month, Virginia’s own Timbo the King had the fans and hip heads going crazy. The futuristic super producer was challenged by Ruff Ryders own Swizz Beatz to an epic beat battle. The phrase “I’m with the smoke” was used as many times as sneak peaks posted to each other. The internet went crazy.
Timbaland is back again with another “breaking the internet” moment. A couple of days ago the One In A Millionproducer used his “twitter fingers” and dropped on us what could be an epic collaboration. According to XXL Magazine, it all started last week, when Swizz Beatz posted a possible sweet heat collaboration with Young Money’s general Lil Wayne via InstaGram. The post included the I’m A Hustla producer riding around in his Mclaren 720, dropping a sneak peak of the Weezy track with the quote:
“That’s how you feel @timbaland ok I’m reloaded 🚀 we can battle on stage with the hits and new beats plus battle with the Albums and drop them on the same day I’m with all the smoke 💨💨💨💨 BRONX NYC!!!!!!!! I’m in a good mood !!!!!!!!! Let’s Gooooooooooooooooioooooo! Shout out Wayne killing it! #mclaren720 💨New wayne off my Album”
One week later, the Norfolk born maestro responded with his “clap back” video clip of the Maybach Music artist and his Roc Nation collaborator’s snippet, via Twitter. He even calls out the Dream Chasers‘ aficionado to finish his verse, in what could be the track that would send Swizz Beatz “up in the smoke”. Pun intended. Timbaland quotes:
” @THEREALSWIZZZ So we’re working on an album now, right?? What do you think, fans? I’m still working on my craft. @MeekMill let’s finish up”
Marcy Me‘s own Jigga and Timbo blend vocals for the hook, while Meek spits:
“Cuban links and kilos…..We might get the RICO/Pull up on a sucker, take his b***h like I was Debo.”
