Famous Fox News Anchor Attacks Ex-Wife
A three year long custody battle between Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly and his ex-wife, Marueen Mcphilmy, finally ended three weeks ago when a Nassau County Supreme Court granted Mcphilmy custody of the couple’s two minor children.
Gawker obtained partial transcripts from the custody trial that revealed O’Reilly physically assualted his ex-wife in their Manhasset home. The documents stated that their teenage daughter told the court that she witnessed her father “choking her mom” as he “dragged her down some stairs” by the neck.
According to Gawker, the transcripts also reveal that he told his daughter Mcphilmy is an “adulterer” and he has anger issues that he struggles to control around his family.
O’Reilly released a statement denying the allegations stating “All allegations against me in these circumstances are 100 per cent false. I am going to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect my children and will not comment any further.”
