This beat is not something we’re used to from DJ Mustard’s “Mustard on the beat” west coast tracks. This track, the DJ plays around with EDM and asks for some help from Ty Dolla $ign and iLoveMakonnen. This new single, “Why’d You Call” was released even after DJ Mustard released a mixtape entitled 10 Summers. On Instagram, he tells us that this track is in preparation for the festival “Hard Fest” which features EDM music. The hook is pretty catchy and relevant to today’s society with men and women when it comes to either dating or one night stands:
