We’re currently feigning on negative space nail designs. Who knew a little bit of nothing could look so good?
These light airy designs, are for the most part, pretty simple. The lack of color highlights the color that is there and makes for a bold statement. I’m adoring Kandi’s neon colors with a bit of shine added with the one dot crystal.
You can also get a little complex with this. Bottom left gives us some abstract art, staying close to the top of the nail. The kind of bright mod design on the bottom right was done simply by leaving the space in the two center nails, outlining it, then adding some edge with the studs. Feminine and trendy.
The flower border on this one makes these different and super special. Feminine nail art that is noticeable but still a bit muted.
Black and white is forever a classic combination, and it seems you can never go wrong with either one, or them both together. The all white, above right, with the mix of thin and thick lines is gorgeous. Especially loving that bandage look on the index.
While I would rock these all year around, they are definitely in line for the summer. Short shorts, crop tops, we’re leaving a little bit out, so our nails match with our m.o. And with a change of color, more towards hunter greens or burgandys they can move right into Fall.
