If you’re a Meek Mill fan, you better enjoy him while you got him, because he recently revealed that he plans to retire from rap within the next few years. The 34 year-old, who’s been rapping since the age of 23 said that “I got 3 or 4 more years left, that’s it.” He added that he can’t be rapping for ever, and that after 4 or 5 more albums it will be over with. During an interview with Complex, the Philly rapper said that when it comes to going on tour, working on albums for six months, and being away from his family for that long he gives up. “Let the young n***as come up next, and see who moves me out the way.” You can watch the full interview below.
Latest Album Doing Well on the Charts
Meek Mill recently released his fifth studio album Expensive Pain, on October 1st. The album is doing very well with 10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. The rapper is known for dropping new projects every few months. I’m sure his fans will miss that.

Meek Mill says that these are the last years he will be going hard with music, but after that, it won’t be a priority for him anymore. He will then pursue other things. However, all won’t be lost. The rapper said “I’ll still be rapping, if anybody wanna buy a NFT or some sh**t like that, we still got that s**t going on.”
