J. Cole Confessed That One Of His Songs Has A Lot Of “Cap”

J. Cole gave a short speech during the Rolling Loud Festival, where he confessed that the rapper’s “1 0 0 . m i l‘” song has a lot of “cap” in it.

“This next song contains a high level of, it’s a large amount, it’s a very big quantity of cap in this next song,” Cole spoke at the event. “I ain’t gon’ lie, I’m doing a lot of cappin’ in this next song. It’s a lot of exaggeration of the truth. But the spirit of this song, the message behind this muthafuckin’ song, is 100 percent true.”

“It don’t matter how fucking far you get in this life, how successful you become, how much money you make, don’t lose that fucking hunger,” the rapper continued. “That drive, that passion for that shit that got you there in the first fucking place,” the artist summed up. “New York City, don’t do it.”

It’s still unclear which lines are “cap,” according to Cole. In “1 0 0 . m i l‘,” the rapper compares himself to LeBron James and claims to be on the Mount Rushmore of success.

J. Cole Rolling Loud

Cole spoke his motivational speech during the Rolling Loud festival. The event also featured Travis Scott50 CentLil Uzi Vert, and more.

DaBaby also appeared at the stage during the event; 50 Cent brought the rapper. 50 later explained, “He’s only two years into his career. There’s no artist development. There’s no strong A&R in this and definitely no media training.”

Back in the summer, DaBaby spoke a homophobic rant during another Summer Miami Rolling Loud festival.

“If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases, that’ll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up,” the rapper said. “Ladies, if your p*ssy smell like water, put your cellphone lighter up. Fellas, if you ain’t sucking d*ck in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up.”

He later attempted to apologize, but he only made things worse. He claimed his fans aren’t “nasty gay n****s” or “junkies.” He later deleted the apology video.
