G.O.O.D. Fridays are back: Kanye Unveils “REAL FRIENDS” & “No More Parties in LA”
At long last…a new album from Kanye West is finally on the way! Last weekend, Yeezy officially announced on his Twitter account that his no. 7 studio album “Swish” will be released on February 11th. The rapper/designer has kept busy over the past year producing music, developing his Kanye West x Adidas Originals line, and welcoming the arrival of newborn son Saint West. But the fashion mogul and father of two did hint at his intentions to finish his album and collection back in early December.
What can we expect from GQ’s Most Stylish Man of 2015? Mr. West kicked off the resurrection of the famed G.O.O.D. Friday series, promising to deliver new music every Friday leading up to the release of “SWISH.“
So far we’ve been enticed by two new tracks from G.O.O.D. Friday season 2, including the bittersweet “Real Friends” and “No More Parties in LA” (full track released early Monday morning) produced by West, with assistance from Frank Dukes, Boi-1da and Mobb Deep’s Havoc as well as Ty Dolla $ign. It’s unclear if either of these tracks will be featured on the album, but we’re excited to see what SWISH has in store.
