Kanye West “Monster” Reaches  Milestones

Since his album’s drop in 2010, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, fans declared it one of his best albums. Based on the creativity through Kanye’s production, it explores the artists through the idea of the American dream, race, consumer of culture, and being a celebrity.

The Saturday, the favored song out of the album,” Monster,” hit a milestone of 200 million streams on Spotify. The track featuring Bon Iver, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, and Jay-Z topped 200 million streams. This track holds a lot of value, and as it’s said, it shot up Nicki Minaj to stardom with her supposedly best verse from all the artists.

When comparing his sound from then to now, the difference in his style is evident. Fans do hope to have this Kanye return, but his focus right now is putting out religious music. With the current events in his life, maybe he will switch up his flow again. Congrats to Kanye and his ever-growing accomplishments.
