Kim Kardashian and Kanye West win big in a settlement that awards the pair $440,000.00. According to TMZ, Chad Hurley, the founder of MixBit, recorded the super secret event that would later become Kimye’s engagement and leaked it on YouTube for the world to see.

The couple sued Hurley, claiming he manipulated his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco back in 2013 to witness Kanye’s proposal, even after he signed a confidentiality agreement. That didn’t fly right with Mr. and Mrs. West and they took him to court and won the battle. Hurley has to pay the whole $400,00.00 within a couple of days and once it is paid, the lawsuit will be dropped.
