King Los I am not an industry Plant Project (prelude)
Baltimore rapper King Los is back with I am not an industry plant, a prelude to a project that is set to come out later. Rather than make fans wait until the project is officially done. He released three tracks on the prelude and if the rest of the album is anything like the prelude Were in for a solid body of work. Los who hasn’t dropped an album since God, Money, War which was released in 2015, gave the world a small taste of what he’s been working on.
The three tracks he released on Soundcloud are bangers in their own right and give Los fans a fix that they have been waiting for. The lead single R.A.S which stands for Real Ass Shit is Los letting folks know how he put his everything into his music only to get nothing in return, he says in the chorus” I gave my everything to nigga’s and got nothing in return /Two years of being slept on, never got my turn/Took two years off and said “fuck it I gotta learn/sometimes I wonder why was I even concerned. You can feel the truth in his words. Safe place is a sing-songy track where Los talks about finding his safe place and just being comfortable there and how his current safe place was nothing like the place he grew up in and he also touches on fans asking him to come back but at the same time one day they hate him the next day they love him. The last song Time is about not having time for the fuck shit as he says on the record, naming things and situations that he rather not waste his time or energy on. The three tracks are a sample for what seems like a banging main course.
