Kodak Black is objectively one of the most outstanding rappers. Over the years, Kodak Black has gained a following. The Florida rapper has not only put out music but has been involved in ongoing legal issues and charitable efforts. Kodak Black is doing a great job in solidifying his spot in the Hip-Hop industry, and it seems that Drake would say so as well.
Kodak Black’s “Super Gremlin” is also on the rise. The single is reportedly making its way into the Top-10 of the coveted Billboard-100 charts.
Drake Dropped In Kodak’s IG Live
Recently, Drake dropped in Kodak Black’s Instagram Live to let the world know that he thinks it’s Kodak’s time to shine.
Drizzy commented in the IG live, which was then pinned, “You really all that for this generation and the next one if we being honest.” While many fans debate over Drake’s comment, this wouldn’t be the first time the Toronto rapper has shown love for Black.
In 2015, Drake played Kodak Black’s “SKRT” on OVO radio which brought significant attention to Kodak. Then in 2018, Drake ranked Dying To Live one of his favorite albums, telling Kodak Black, “Your purpose is so fire.”
Last year Kodak Black made it clear the love was mutual when he expressed he’d love for Nas or Drake to become his mentors. “Can’t wait to Nas put Me Under his wing him or Drake.”
Kodaks popular single dropped in October and rose from No. 16 to No. 10 on this week’s chart. Billboard tweeted, “”Super Gremlin” rises 16-10 on this week’s #Hot100, reaching a new peak.”
