Kodak Black is known for showing live to his female industry peers, and Glorilla is the next target on the list.
Unrequited Love
Earlier this week (Oct 18), the CMG star Glorilla hopped on Instagram live to chat with fans. However, an unexpected guest made a surprise appearance in the comment section.
Kodak Black advanced towards Glorilla with a clever callback to her recent “Tomorrow 2” hit.
“You prolly aint my girl today but that’s why I love tomorrow,” the “Zeze” artist typed.
This follows an extremely long list of crushes from Kodak, including both members of the City Girls, Dreamdoll, Beyonce, Zendaya, and Lauren London. Unfortunately for the “No Flockin” star, all those women and Glorilla ignored his attempts at flirting.
However, Kodak seemingly appreciates Glorilla for her music alongside her looks. He gave her props during last week’s heated Twitter rant regarding Lattos win at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards. The Florida MC apparently disapproved of “Big Energy” taking the song off the year over his smash hit “Super Gremlin.”
“The Woman Empowerment Shit Kool,” Kodak sent out. “Don’t Take Nun From Nobody But You Still Gotta Work For It! Don’t Jus Simply Give It To Somebody Kuz They A Woman !!!!! If That’s The Case Y’all Shoulda Gave Song Of The Year To Glorilla Not That Hating Ass Mutt.”
Kodak continued berating Latto, “[‘Big Energy’] Ain’t Move Nobody! Forget About Me At This Point! AT LEAST ‘Fuck N-gga Free’ Was A Anthem ! Tf You Think SONG OF THE YEAR Mean?”
Similarly to the ladies mentioned above, Latto never formed a response to the outspoken 25-year-old.
How Much Is Too Much For Kodak
While some find Kodak’s candid nature charming, others think it’s unsavory. His words got the best of him recently with Stephanie Sibounheuang, girlfriend of recently deceased PnB Rock. In a video posted to his Instagram shortly following news of Rocks passing, Kodak tells the woman to “kill herself.” Like many others at the time, Kodak was convinced that Sibounheuang was involved in the murder because she tagged the rapper’s location before the shooting.
After news of the murder being unpremeditated, Kodak was one of the few celebs publicly apologizing. “To bruh girl, I mean, shit, I was angry at that moment when I first heard it ’cause I had just woke up and shit like that,” he said on Instagram live earlier this month. “But other than that, I don’t wish no bad on her and shit like that. So I give my apologies to her. I hope she keep her head up and all that.”
