Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez land their own VH1 spinoff show.
The reality TV couple have graced television screens for four seasons and have been no doubt the reason for the success of LHHA so of course it’s only right for them to get their own show. The two have been campaigning for their own show for awhile and now it’s been confirmed by VH1 that fans will get a up close and personal look into the lives of Stevie J and Joseline.
The show is titled ‘Stevie & Joseline’ and fans will watch the couple’s journey to the West Coast as they make their big move to Hollywood. Variety reports that the spinoff will contain eight 30-minute episodes for the first season.
“In a summer where the film ‘Straight Outta Compton’ went straight to No. 1, Taylor Swift’s collaboration with Kendrick Lamar topped the Billboard charts and our own ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ ranked as the No. 1 reality show on cable, hip-hop’s dominance of pop culture was confirmed yet again,” said Susan Levison, VH1’s EVP of original programming and production. “We’re excited to fuel our audience’s continued fascination with all things hip-hop by extending the storylines of some of their favorite ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast members.”
