Lou, what’s poppin’? The NBA had to do a thorough investigation on the LA Clippers guard after he was pictured with rapper Jack Harlow. Where were the two pictured though? In the enchanted world that is Magic City. Now everybody loves a great gentleman’s club especially the Atlanta staple Magic City, but visiting in the middle of a global pandemic?
I get it, it’s been a stuffy year at the crib for all of us. But when you’re an NBA star and the “season” is back to rolling you have to be more responsible and safe. Not just for yourself but for the safety of others.
During an excused absence to attend a close friend’s funeral, Williams took a detour. Before heading back to the NBA bubble Lou stopped by the gentleman’s club. Please don’t think this was a trip for fun and partying oh no. Lou went to pick up an order of the renowned “Louwill Lemon Pepper BBQ wings.” Can you blame the man though? Growing up in ATL and having played for the Hawks from 2012-2014 this is his crib. He was probably feeling at home and needed some comfort food.
It should be noted that any player in the NBA should have an assistant or someone from the team to make food runs to keep the players extra safe. But with the funeral, he may have not had access to any team personnel for the task.
Magic City Wings
Going to the club and picking up your food up shouldn’t be too crazy or raise any eyebrows. But we all know Instagram can be our own worst enemy. Williams was pictured with Jack Harlow while holding a drink and wearing the very mask given out on the Orlando campus where the NBA season is being held.

NBA investigators claim that Williams told NBA security that he went to the club only for a short time to pick up wings but there weren’t any dancers around while he was there.
After the picture gained stream online the next day Lou tweeted, “Ask any of my teammates what’s my favorite restaurant in Atlanta is. Ain’t nobody partying. Chill out lol. #Maskon #inandout.”
With the new policy in place because of COVID, Williams was immediately tested for the virus each day he was absent. If players have an excused absence they are subjected to a four-day quarantine. The consequences for Lou Will getting Magic City wings is a full 10-day quarantine. He’ll miss the first two seeding games. I just hope the wings were worth it? I mean they have to be right? If someone is willing to risk it all by catching Corona for some wings they might be worth trying.
