Managing Your Time!

It’s hard enough to remember people’s birthdays or to remember the date you planned with one of your girlfriends. Imagine trying to juggle school/work, your social life, romantic life and spending time with the family. At times it can feel like you’re being pulled in each and every direction. The less time you have the harder it is to please everyone. Don’t let this overwhelm you. Learn that time management is virtue.
Keeping a planner is a good way to stay organized and remember these important dates. Even if you’re not the type to carry a physical planner, using the calendar on your cell phone, or even an app like planner pluscan help. I even put post it notes by the keyboard of my MacBook just so I wont forget the important stuff!
Learning how to prioritize is essential as well; anything that is important should be at the top of the list. Getting what’s important out of the way allows more time for leisure. If life does start to become overwhelming, know that it’s OK to decline offers.
Achieving a well-balanced life is the equivalent of Buddha achieving nirvana.
