Megan Thee Stallion has teamed up with Maluma and Rock Mafia for a new song off the soundtrack to “The Addams Family 2.”
Megan Thee Stallion’s star power is in good company. The new animated feature boasts a stacked cast, with Charlize Theron, Snoop Dogg, Wallace Shawn and more adding their voices to the film. The film arrives in theaters and on streaming platforms October 1st.
Earlier this week, Megan took to her Twitter to share her excitement over the new song, which will usher in what she calls her “favorite season.”
News of the track was met with positive reviews from fans, who expressed their support on social media.
What else has Megan Thee Stallion been up to?
This is Meg’s latest release since her appearance on Lil Nas X’s recent album Montero. Megan contributed a verse to the track “Dolla Sign Slime.” In addition, Megan dropped the highly anticipated “Butter (Remix),” a new version of the hit from K-Pop sensations BTS. Previously, the artists announced the collaboration via social media back in late August. However, the “Butter” remix was postponed after Megan accused her label, 1501 Complete Entertainment, of preventing its release.
Consequently, the “Savage” artist had to file a court petition against the label’s CEO, claiming they fought her efforts to release the remix. However, the court ultimately ruled in her favor, granting Megan a temporary restraining order to release “Butter (Remix).” After that, she put out another track in August by the name “Tuned in Freestyle.” You can watch the video below:
