NBA 2K22 will have another star-studded soundtrack
Every year, the release of the NBA 2K video game seems to be an event. Aside from the game itself, fans get excited to see what the game’s soundtrack has in store. With NBA 2K22 on the horizon, the hype is no different.
2K has now confirmed the artists which will feature on the new game. As usual, it features mostly hip-hop music. Some of the artists included are Travis Scott, Young Thug, Megan Thee Stallion, Future, Freddie Gibbs, Jack Harlow, Juice WRLD, and Smino. What songs by these artists will actually be featured in the game has yet to be seen.
2K is down with hip-hop
The basketball game has always been in touch with rap. Last year’s soundtrack featured the likes of Lil Baby, Pop Smoke, IDK, and more. They even continued to add new songs to the game after its release.
This year, NBA 2K22 will even feature a hip-hop side career option. The developers have not revealed much information on what this will actually entail.
NBA 2K22 will release on September 10, 2021 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
