Juanialys Drops New Single, “Yours” (Listen)

New York-based singer, Juanialys is here with a clap back towards a man who didn’t know what he had until it was gone in her newest single, “Yours.” 

Using her above par runs and honeyed register, Juanialys bids adieu to the man she once loved because he isn’t acting right. Although she gave him multiple chances to change, he decided against it. In turn, Juanialys concluded that it was time to move on, and now, she couldn’t be happier. After all, she is a woman who knows her worth, and she refuses to settle for less.

“You should’ve known that I was poppin’,” she belts with a soothing vocality. “Now, I’m runnin’ you can’t stop me.”

As the song continues, the “Warm It Up” songstress gets into how she’s moved on and how there’s nothing he could do to win her back. “I’ ma do you dirty/Baby two can play that game,” she sings. “Now you lookin’ goofy with that look upon your face.” Sonically, “Yours” uses an ambient R&B tone and carries a warm guitar arpeggio and knocking 808’s.
