Nicki Minaj Stands Tall In July 2015 Cosmopolitan!

Nicki Minaj has a fearless fashion sense, and it is consistently opening fashion doors for her. Next stop, Nicki lands the cover of Cosmopolitan, again. Fresh off the video release of Summer anthem, Feeling Myself, Nicki is still in bathing suits for the cover. She looks gorgeous, in a bedazzled metallic one piece, hair out, and cute bronzy makeup.

I’ve been noticing Nicki does this make-up look a lot, always with a pink lip, and it works every time. It’s like a skin perfecting island glow, a great option for summer nights.

In the cover story interview, Minaj touches on the relationship women have with money. She’s outspoken for females knowing their value and worth, especially in the work place. “You have to ask questions. ‘What is this person getting?’ Do your research. I’ve always been pretty competitive in terms of my pay.”, she says. Nicki also spoke on how her recent breakup with ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels was an opportunity for her to find her own self-worth and value, and know that that’s enough. We are all here for the #girlpower.

Her subtle bronzy makeup look continues through the rest of the shoot, one with Nicki in an American flag two piece, and a another with a happy face one piece in the bathtub.

She continues to voice her desire for family life and adjusted careers that allow that in her 10 year future. There have been some recent post on Instagram and twitter that could suggest Nicki might be having relationship issues. She has some questionable captions and photos don’t include huge ring she was recently flaunting, a gift from now boyfriend, Meek Mill. Hey, cute bathing suits, and no relationship to be responsible for sounds like a good Summer to me. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing.

Regardless, we love Nicki’s boldness and what she brings to the table. This girl seems relentless, so we know no dude will be the end of her. Congrats on another cover Nicki.
