On Smash Releases Official Music Video For “Everything Clean”

As a music lover, I am always on the prowl for an artist with the “it” factor; marketable look, versatile, consistent, and radio ready music. In today’s industry it is crucial to evolve to remain relevant. It is easy to fall into the crab barrel when it comes to creativity, making it difficult to stand out in the over-saturated music scene. On Smash, however, has acquired his fan base by sustaining relevancy and releasing catchy and relatable music.

On Smash earned his place as a prominent rapper in the music scene with a plethoric music catalog, attention grabbing stage presence, and sheer talent. He has blessed the stages of many well known venues such as Coast 2 Coast, SOB’s, and Webster Hall, to name a few. Due to his impeccable songwriting quality, On Smash has acquired production credits for superstar Cardi B, prominent artist Spice, and various artists from “Love & Hip Hop”. With over 190,000 Spotify streams, 900,000 SoundCloud plays, and a viral song in which gained over 3 million views, it is apparent that there is a strong demand for On Smash.

“Everything Clean” is one of his most popular singles, reaching over 71 thousand views on YouTube. The music video perfectly embodies the lyrics in the song. Although a smooth record, I found myself moving to the beat while watching the video. “Everything Clean” is an amazing combination of vocals and lyricism, sex appeal, and confidence. The visual consists of On Smash cleaning a luxurious house, relaxing with a beautiful woman at the pool side, simple yet entertaining dance moves, and intimate lighting in many scenes. Throughout the music video, my eyes didn’t face difficulty when focusing on the artist. While captivating, the visual wasn’t too busy which typically deters the viewer from resonating with the lyrics and artist.

“Dollar bills, cars, pretty rings, cheese. Money gon’ fall. Pick it up please. Sippin up! Woo! Get a little tipsy. Got sauced, everything clean.”

The listener can not help but to reiterate the catchy hook, as it creates an entire vibe. I can envision this song played in a club or in a car with the windows down. It is a great sign when the listener can envision a complete scene in their mind while streaming a song. This is not the only song that On Smash has released that enchants his audience. He has released songs such as, “If He Knew” and projects such as, “Never Left” leaving his fans in awe yearning for more.

With his list of accomplishments and the continuance of his musical journey, On Smash makes it clear that he is paving his own lane in the music scene.
