Pharrell Teams Up With Rihanna For His First Louis Vuitton Campaign

Pharrell is Louis Vuitton’s new men’s creative director, and he is starting off with a bang. The legendary producer partnered with iconic singer and billionaire Rihanna for his first Louis Vuitton campaign. The songwriter debuted a billboard on the Musée d’Orsay of the global superstar.

Is Pharrell Taking A Risk?

The Virginia native takes a chance by using a pregnant woman as a model for the Louis Vuitton men’s line. However, Rihanna is known for making headlines – so Pharrell may just have made the wisest financial decision for the famous designer brand. Williams shared this before his debut for the French house at Paris Fashion Week on Jun 20.

What Does The Billboard Look Like?

Pharrell posted a photo online of Rihanna on a Paris billboard in an all-black outfit, with the caption reading “Louis Vuitton MEN Spring-Summer 2024.” The “Take A Bow” singer gave this photoshoot something extra by showing her beautiful pregnant belly. She had a pixelated black leather top on with her belly open and black bottoms. 

Rihanna modeled with a coffee cup in one hand as Louis Vuitton bags hung from her arm, and the other hand held a Louis Vuitton backpack. The bags were all different colors. A former N.E.R.D member stood proudly in front of the advertisement.

Rihanna Is Expecting Her Second Child

This is not the superstar’s first time working with the famous brand. A few years ago, Rihanna had a Fenty clothing line that was under LVMH, which owns Louis Vuitton. The luxury brand was called Fenty Maison and is now ceased. The Barbados native is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, who worked asap on cooking up his second baby with the singer. Their first child, named RZA after the legendary Wu-Tang Clan member, just turned 1-year-old. The billionaire made her big announcement at this year’s Super Bowl.
