Pharrell Williams & David Grutman Want to Show You a “Goodtime” with New Hotel

What do you get when a musical genius and nightlife guru join forces to light up the community?

We get The Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, brought to you by Pharrell Williams and David Grutman. Opening April 2021, the pair of moguls’ goal is to revitalize a “long-forgotten street and make it the center of attention.” This hotel is full of eclectic energy and décor designed in pops of pastel and tropical ecstasy. The Goodtime Hotel boasts seven stories, 266 rooms, and almost 100,000 square feet of public space. The Presidential Suite is 1800 square feet alone, and each room offers either a Biscayne Bay or Atlantic Ocean view. Strawberry Moon, the full-service restaurant/bar, and 30,000 square-foot pool club serve as the hotel’s centerpiece. Williams also has a recording studio on the ground floor of the hotel.

Grutman teases that you never know what the hotel’s musical performances will be because of his partner Pharrell and his celebrity contacts. If you’ve ever been to any of Grutman’s existing establishments, you know the atmosphere, cuisine, and décor of The Goodtime Hotel will not disappoint.

“You cannot go to The Goodtime Hotel without smiling.” says designer Ken Fulk.
